Candori ships all products via tracked USPS 3-4 Day Priority Insured Mail for a $7.00 flat shipping fee. Please allow 4-7 days for product fulfillment and delivery. Email will be sent with tracking number once order has gone out.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or you need a different size, please contact our office via email (email@example.com) and we will give you an authorization number to make an exchange. Returned items will not be accepted without an authorization number. Returned items must be in the condition in which received and must be received within 7 days of the invoice date for an exchange of equal or greater value. No refunds, exchanges only as long as it falls within the 7 day period. Please wrap items to be exchanged securely and send back to us with a copy of your invoice. Shipping fees on purchased items will not be reimbursed. Please understand that we have to adhere to this return policy and cannot make exceptions. CANDORI pieces are made with the utmost care and durability. If for some reason your piece needs a repair due to malfunction within the jewelry components, repairs will be complimentary for the first Ninety (90) days after purchased invoice date. If you have a repair, please email our office at email@example.com for a return authorization code. Complimentary Ninety (90) day repairs are only applied to faulty manufacturing and not to damage due to normal wear and tear and/or breaking due to dropping. CANDORI will not be held liable for any pieces outside of the Ninety (90) day warranty repair period. After the Ninety (90) day warranty period, a repair fee will be applied to each item depending on the repair as needed.
